OPEN POSITIONS

PPF Installer (Paint Protection Film Specialist)

Install paint protection film with precision and attention to detail
Perform paint correction and surface prep
Maintain clean, dust-free work standards
Experience required

Ideal Candidate: Detail-obsessed, steady hands, patient, quality-driven, self-motivated.

Track Support Assistant

Work in our track shop at Watkins Glen International
Assist customers with their vehicle needs
Mount and balance tires
Provide track and race support
Perform light repairs
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Work as parts of a team

Ideal Candidate: Customer-focused, mechanically inclined, efficient, dependable, calm under pressure, ability to work as part of a team and take direction.

Service Technician

Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Maintenance and repair work
Performance part installation
Suspension, brake, and drivetrain service
Experience in European vehicle service

Ideal Candidate: Mechanically skilled, efficient, reliable, hardworking.

Parts Manager

Manage all parts ordering and procurement for the service department and race shop
Source parts from dealerships, vendors, distributors, and specialty suppliers
Research and verify correct parts for a wide range of European and performance vehicles
Obtain pricing and availability while maintaining competitive margins
Track parts orders, backorders, returns, and core credits
Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are available when needed
Maintain accurate parts records and inventory
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Help keep workflow moving efficiently through the shop
Maintain an organized and professional parts area
Work closely with management and the service team to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability

Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, mechanically knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. European vehicle and automotive parts experience strongly preferred.

Client Experience Coordinator

Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and assist with customer check-in and check-out
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, appointments, and general questions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
Assist with customer follow-up and general administrative tasks
Process payments and assist with invoices and paperwork
Help coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, technicians, and management
Assist with merchandise and retail sales when needed
Provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door

Ideal Candidate: Friendly, polished, outgoing, organized, dependable, and customer-focused. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but a great personality and exceptional customer service skills are what matter most.
